Ingredients

  • 1 scoop (21g) Post JYM, Blue Arctic Freeze
  • 1 cup (200g) ice
  • ½ cup (120mL) water

Instructions

  1. Add Post JYM, ice, and water to a blender. Blend until a smooth, slush-like consistency forms.
  2. Pour into a cup or glass and enjoy!
