Where is My Order

Why hasn’t my order shipped yet?

Our fulfillment team works hard to get your packages out quickly! Orders ship within two (2) to three (3) business days of being placed.

Please Note we process orders quickly, so we are unable to guarantee changes after an order is submitted.
*Orders placed in a high-volume sale period please add three (3) business days on top of the normal processing time.

Where is my order? It shipped but I still haven’t received it.

Shipping carriers are currently seeing transportation delays all over the country. There has been a significant increase in orders shipping to both individuals and essential businesses across the world. Although we would love for our orders to come without delays, please understand this may be a factor in some rare instances but our team is here to help in any way we can.

Transit speeds will also depend on the carrier. All orders offer an expected delivery estimate before committing, so you can make the best decision for what you're needing. These estimates will not include any possible weather delays, so keep that in mind when making your selection, if needed.

Where can I find the status of my order?

You'll receive two emails from us, one as your order is confirmed and one as your order ships. Once it's with the carrier, you can track it in a few different spots; through the tracking information provided in your shipping confirmation email and on the carriers website directly.

Why does it say my order is "unfulfilled"?

All confirmed orders will remain in unfulfilled status until it's been packed and is set to leave with the carrier.

Can I cancel, change my address, or edit my order?

If your order has just been placed and not yet shipped, our JYM Army Service team may be able to help you out, but please act fast! Once the order has been released for shipping, we cannot cancel or make edits to an order, including address corrections.

My package "delivered" but I can't find it. What now?

This can happen from time to time, but we're here to help! First, please wait 24 hours before reaching out to us. This could be the result of the package being scanned as "delivered" a little early in the delivery route. Most of the time we see this get resolved on its own and within 24-48 hours (95% of the time) If the carrier was USPS, be sure to check your mailbox and/or parcel locker and not just on your doorstep. If the carrier was UPS, look around the address, including all entrances, and behind anything that could 'hide' the package from passersby.

JYM ARMY Service Returns and Refunds

How do I Return a Product For a Refund?

1) Email us at customerservice@jymsupplementscience.com. Please have information about your purchase ready for your call or include it with your question(s) by email.

 2) A JYM Army service member will reach out to you within 2 business days to answer questions and provide return label instructions to complete the process  

 Please include a note with your name, email address, and order ID in your returning package so help expedite your transaction.  

Initial shipping charges are non-refundable. Shipping fees for returns and exchanges are handled by us at JYM Supplement Science.  

 Once we receive a return, please allow between 7-10 business days for processing. After initiating the refund, funds can take 3-7 business days to post, which is dependent on the original payment source.

Subscribe and Save

How do I create a subscription?

Creating a recurring subscription is a breeze. Simply locate the product you wish to subscribe to, select the subscribe to save button, and from there you can adjust the quantity and frequency or your orders with a simple click. This will all be done from the comfort of your JYMsupps account page!

What are the benefits of a subscription?

First of all, you’ll save money. Every subscription order receives a 15% discount off MSRP. Plus, JYM subscriptions are automatic and worry free. Once created, your orders will process on the schedule you selected. From the initial order to the very last, you’re saving money automatically!

Can I make changes to my subscription?

Yes, you can. Going out of town? You can pause deliveries. Want a different flavor? You can switch flavors, no problem!! Need more product? You can adjust quantities in a snap! All from the easy-to-use dashboard.

How do I manage my deliveries?

The great part of the JYM subscription program is that you have complete control. Feel free to join when you like, and leave when you like – without penalty. Your subscription is in your hands. You can add or remove items from an existing subscription, adjust your order frequency, and change your next order date, just to name a few flexible options.

Need to change your shipping address or payment method? You can select from any address or payment method already saved to your account, or you can add a new one.

When will I be charged?

You’ll be charged automatically with the card on file on the date the order is processed.

An order just processed that I forgot to cancel. Can it be canceled?

If the order is still in its processing window and you have not received any shipping notification or tracking, you can absolutely still cancel before it ships. Please visit your account dashboard to cancel the order and process a refund back to your card.

Subscription Benefits and Terms

The subscription discount is 15% off MSRP of certain products when choosing a recurring rebill frequency. This is outlined on the JYMsupps.com product webpage and in the cart during checkout. Discount applied may change for subscriptions created during certain sale events (4th of July, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, etc).

The subscription discount does not “stack” on top of sale pricing. Subscription product pricing at rebill will apply the standard 15% off MSRP discount. Applicable taxes and normal shipping rates and rules apply.

Subscription Cancellation

Your JYM Supps subscription will continue until canceled. You may cancel or modify a JYM Supps subscription at any time by using your account dashboard.

Other Limitations

  • We reserve the right to accept or refuse your subscription at our discretion.
  • You may not transfer or assign any JYM Supps subscription.
  • Subscribers are not permitted to subscribe for the purpose of resale, rental, or to ship to their customers or potential customers using their JYM Supps subscription.
  • Subscription services and savings only apply to eligible JYM products. Not all products qualify for Subscribe and Save.
  • We reserve the right to not ship you a JYM Supps Subscription (some or all products) for one or more subscription periods as necessary, which may affect shipping rates (including free shipping eligibility). We will not charge you the subscription fee for skipped subscription period(s).

Fee and Renewal

The subscription fee is stated on the JYMsupps.com product webpage. Applicable taxes and normal shipping rates and rules apply to all subscriptions. We reserve the right to process your subscription order using the next most economical shipping method.

If all eligible payment methods we have on record for you are declined for payment of your subscription fee, you must provide us a new eligible payment method promptly or your subscription will be canceled.


Termination by Us

We may terminate your JYM Supps subscription at our discretion without notice. If we do so after you have been charged a subscription fee but prior to our shipment of the subscription order, your subscription will be canceled and we will give you a refund of the applicable subscription fee. However, we will not give any refund for termination related to conduct that we determine, in our discretion, violates these Terms or any applicable law, involves fraud or misuse of any JYM Supps subscription, or is harmful to our interests or another user. Our failure to insist upon or enforce your strict compliance with these Terms will not constitute a waiver of any of our rights.


All returns of JYM Supps subscriptions are subject to the JYMsupps.com Returns & Refunds policy.

Military and First Responder Discount

What is your Military and First Responder Discount?

JYM Supplement Sciences offers a 15% discount to both Military (not limited to Active Duty) and First Responders when shopping with us JYMsupps.com You can receive your discount* at the payment section of checkout by verifying your eligibility with GOVX.

*This discount cannot be combined with other promotional codes or sales. During site-wide sales, the military discount will be deactivated in order for the highest discount to apply to your purchase.

What happens when I verify my status?

Once your credential is verified through GovX from the JYMsupps.com checkout screen, your discount code will be auto generated for you to apply directly in the discount code box. You will need to generate a new code every time you checkout as each code is a one time use.

Is GOVX safe to use?
