How did I formulate Pre JYM to deliver max results? By knowing exactly what should—and shouldn't—be in a pre-workout.


Do you train hard in the gym? Chances are you take a pre-workout. If not, you should be. But not every pre-workout can contend.

Pre JYM was created to include the nutrients you need before you train to maximize your strength, focus, endurance, training output, and KEEP YOU GOING STRONG while you train.

I designed Pre JYM specifically to help maximize results—my own included. It’s important to know who's formulating your supplements. I wouldn’t trust a random “research team” to formulate a pre-workout. Chances are, they’re NOT scientists, but rather just marketers and businesspeople.

So, what should be in your pre-workout? It all starts with the 5 MUST-HAVE INGREDIENTS. These are the pillars upon which Pre JYM was built:

    1. Creatine HCl – One of the most widely researched supplements ever, creatine will aid in boosting strength, muscle growth, and performance.
       
    2. Beta-Alanine – This crucial nutrient will help enhance performance, strength, and endurance, thus leading to MORE MUSCLE and LESS FAT.
       
    3. Betaine – This is yet another supplement that aids athletic performance, boosting strength, power, muscle growth, and better FAT LOSS.
       
    4. BCAAs – You want a 2:1:1 ratio of leucine to isoleucine to valine (the three branched-chain amino acids, or BCAAs). These provide energy and help blunt fatigue, which means you'll train harder for longer. And that means more muscle and less fat. See a theme here?
       
    5. Citrulline Malate – This pump-booster is far superior to arginine. And it’s important to understand that you need at least 6 grams of citrulline malate to effectively increase blood flow and provide a worthy PUMP. Most pre-workouts don’t come anywhere close to 6 grams, if they even contain citrulline malate at all (very few do).

What else is in Pre JYM? Nootropics like Caffeine, Huperzine A, Alpha-GPC, and Tyrosine. What do the nootropics do? They enhance your focus and keep you locked in on CRUSHING your workout. Caffeine also boosts strength and stamina.*

How to Spot an IMPOSTER Pre-Workout

Here’s a list of NO-NOs to check for on the label of your pre-workout:

    • Not having ALL 5 of the must-have ingredients at full doses (as you see in Pre JYM).
    • Anything under a 16-gram scoop.
    • The words “proprietary blend.”
    • The product is marketed as a "concentrated formula," which is just marketing speak for UNDER-DOSED.
