Where Is My Order
Why hasn’t my order shipped yet?
Our fulfillment team works hard to get your packages out quickly. Orders ship within two (2) to three (3) business days of being placed (Monday–Friday).
Please note that we process orders quickly, so we are unable to guarantee changes after an order is submitted. Orders placed in a high-volume sale period: add three (3) business days on top of the normal processing time.
Where is my order? It shipped, but I still haven’t received it.
Shipping carriers are currently seeing transportation delays. Transit speeds depend on the carrier. All orders offer an expected delivery estimate before committing so you can choose what you need.
These estimates don’t include possible weather delays—keep that in mind when selecting shipping options.
Where can I find the status of my order?
You’ll receive two emails: one confirming your order and one when your order ships. Once it’s with the carrier, track it via the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email and on the carrier’s website directly.
Why does it say my order is “unfulfilled”?
All confirmed orders remain in an unfulfilled status until they’ve been packed and are set to leave with the carrier.
Can I cancel, change my address, or edit my order?
If your order has just been placed and not yet shipped, our JYM Service team may be able to help—please act fast. Once the order has been released to the warehouse for processing, we cannot cancel or make edits (including address corrections).
Any address changes after that point must be made with the shipping provider once you receive tracking, at your cost.
My package says “delivered” but I can’t find it. What now?
Please wait 24 hours before reaching out—sometimes packages are scanned as “delivered” a bit early. Most of the time, this resolves within 24–48 hours.
If USPS: check your mailbox and/or parcel locker. If UPS: check all entrances and nearby areas. Still no package? Email customerservice@jymsupps.com.
JYM Service Returns & Refunds
How do I return a product for a refund?
Step 1: Email customerservice@jymsupps.com with:
- Your order number
- What you’d like to return
- Whether the product is open or not
- Photos if your order arrived damaged
Step 2: A JYM Service member will respond within 2 business days with return label instructions.

Subscribe & Save
How do I create a subscription?
Find the product you want, select the “subscribe to save” option, then adjust quantity and delivery frequency. Manage everything from your JYM Supps account page.
What are the benefits of a subscription?
Every subscription order receives a 10% discount off MSRP and free shipping. Subscriptions are automatic and processed on the schedule you select.
Can I make changes to my subscription?
Yes—pause deliveries, switch flavors, and adjust quantities from your dashboard.
How do I manage my deliveries?
You have complete control: join or leave without penalty. You can add/remove items, adjust frequency, and change your next order date.
Need to change your shipping address or payment method? Choose an existing saved option or add a new one in your account. Need help? Email customerservice@jymsupps.com.
When will I be charged?
You’ll be charged automatically using the card on file on the date the order is processed.
An order was just processed that I forgot to cancel. Can it be canceled?
If the order has not been sent to the warehouse for processing, you can cancel in your account dashboard to process a refund.

Subscription benefits & terms
The subscription discount is 10% off MSRP of certain products when choosing a recurring rebill frequency, as outlined on the product page and in cart during checkout. Discounts may change during certain sale events.
The subscription discount does not stack on top of sale pricing. Taxes and normal shipping rules apply. Not all products qualify.
Subscription cancellation, limitations, fee & renewal
Your subscription continues until canceled, and you may cancel or modify at any time using your account dashboard.
We reserve the right to accept/refuse subscriptions, and subscriptions aren’t transferable. Subscriptions are not permitted for resale. If payment methods are declined, you must provide a new eligible payment method or your subscription may be canceled.

What happens when I verify my status?
