These five supplements will change your workouts immediately!

If ANY ONE of these ingredients is missing from your pre-workout, it’s time to find a new pre-workout!

Your five MUST-HAVE pre-workout ingredients are: BCAAs, Creatine, Beta Alanine, Betaine, and Citrulline Malate.

I’ll touch briefly on each one to explain why it’s so important to take before every workout…

1. BCAAs

This is a controversial one. Not everyone thinks BCAAs are necessary before workouts, but that’s because they don’t understand what these three amino acids do in the body. When taken pre-workout, they serve as an energy source that will help power you through your training session.

2. Creatine

This widely studied ingredient will give you a nice pump. More importantly, having your muscles saturated with creatine will help them recover quickly mid-workout and possibly even mid-set. Creatine can make a noticeable difference in how many reps you get in a set late in a workout when the muscles are fatigued.

3. Beta-Alanine

This amino acid has been shown to increase workout performance in athletes when taken before training.

4. Betaine

This is another amino acid, and it’s been found to increase strength by boosting creatine production in the body.

5. Citrulline Malate

Citrulline malate is an amino acid that increases arginine production — even better than supplementing arginine itself — to deliver stronger muscle pumps during workouts.

So, are these 5 ingredients in your pre-workout? If not, they should be!

All 5 are contained in Pre JYM and Pre JYM X — my two research-backed, best-selling pre-workouts.
