JYM Refund Sweepstakes — Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. Void where prohibited.

Prizes	Ten (10) winners: 100% refund of one eligible order up to $600 (or alternate prize if no order).

2) Promotion Period

Begins January 13, 2026 at 12:00:00 a.m. PT and ends January 16, 2026 at 11:59:59 p.m. PT (“Promotion Period”). Sponsor’s server is the official timekeeping device.

3) Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of the United States (50 states + D.C.), 18+ at the time of entry. Void in Florida, New York, and Rhode Island. Employees, officers, directors, agents of Sponsor and its affiliates, and their immediate family/household members are not eligible.

4) How to Enter

There are two (2) methods of entry. No purchase is required to enter or win.

A) Purchase Entry (Automatic)

During the Promotion Period, each eligible order placed at jymsupps.com / jymsupplementscience.com counts as one (1) entry. Maximum ten (10) entries per person total during the Promotion Period (see Entry Limit below).

“Eligible order” means a completed, paid order that is not canceled, returned, or charged back before winner verification.

B) Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE) — Email (Free)

Send an email to customerservice@jymsupplementscience.com during the Promotion Period with:

Subject line: “JYM Refund Sweepstakes Entry #1” (for additional entries, use #2, #3, etc.)
Email body: Full name, email address, city/state/zip, and the statement: “I am 18+ and I agree to the Official Rules.”
Optional: If you placed an order, include your order number (not required).

Each eligible AMOE email counts as one (1) entry, up to the combined Entry Limit below. Emails must be received during the Promotion Period. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or filtered emails.

Entry Limit: Maximum ten (10) total entries per person during the Promotion Period (purchase entries + AMOE entries combined). Any entries beyond 10 are not counted.

5) Prizes / Approximate Retail Value (ARV)

Ten (10) winners will each receive one (1) prize:

Refund Prize (if winner placed an eligible order): 100% refund of the product subtotal paid for one (1) eligible order, up to $600.00.
Alternate Prize (if winner did not place an eligible order): Digital JYM Supplement Science gift card / store credit up to $600.00, delivered electronically.

ARV: Up to $600.00 each; up to $6,000.00 total. Refunds are issued to the original payment method when possible. Shipping and taxes are excluded unless Sponsor states otherwise in writing.

6) Winner Selection / Odds

On or about January 19, 2026, Sponsor will randomly select ten (10) potential winners from all eligible entries received. Odds depend on the number of eligible entries received.

7) Winner Notification / Verification

Potential winners will be notified via email. Winners must respond within 48 hours of notification (or as stated in the notification), or may be disqualified and an alternate winner selected. Sponsor may require reasonable verification of eligibility (including proof of age and residency).

8) Prize Fulfillment

Refund Prize: typically processed within fourteen (14) business days after verification (timing may vary by payment processor/bank).
Alternate Prize: delivered by email within seven (7) business days after verification.

9) Taxes

Winners are responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes. Sponsor will issue any required tax forms where required by law.

10) Publicity

Except where prohibited, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission to use winner’s first name and city/state for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

11) General Conditions

Sponsor may disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, violates these Rules, or acts in a disruptive manner. Sponsor may cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or other factors impair integrity.

12) Release / Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants release Sponsor and its affiliates from claims arising out of participation or prize use, except where prohibited by law.

13) Privacy

Information collected will be used to administer the Sweepstakes and in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy: https://jymsupplementscience.com/pages/privacy-policy

14) Winners List

After winners are confirmed, request a winners list by emailing customerservice@jymsupplementscience.com with subject line “Winners List – JYM Refund Sweepstakes”.

This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook/Instagram.
