JYM Athlete Pernilla is back with another sweet treat packed with protein and low in carbs and fat. This one combines Vanilla Peanut Butter Swirl Pro JYM and sugar-free chocolate, along with fat-free Greek yogurt to give the dessert a thick texture and more muscle-building protein. You’ll look forward to pulling this out of the freezer tonight after dinner!
Ingredients
- 1 scoop Vanilla Peanut Butter Swirl Pro JYM
- 150g Fage 0% fat Greek yogurt
- 150g fat-free Greek yogurt
- 15g melted sugar-free semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
- Mix Pro JYM and yogurt in a bowl with a spoon until fully mixed.
- In a separate bowl, heat chocolate chips in a microwave until melted.
- Grab a separate bowl and mix another half scoop of Pro JYM with around 1 tbsp of water. When this mixture becomes cohesive, separate it into six small portions on a cupcake baking sheet.
- Use the mixture from the first bowl to top off the cupcakes.
- Pour melted chocolate on top of the Pro JYM/yogurt mixture, place in the freezer for roughly 30 minutes, and enjoy!
