Fuel your next workout with an ice-cold sweet and sour performance-boosting cocktail.

Of the dozens of great flavors introduced across the JYM System in the last 10 years, the original Cherry Limeade — one of the initial two flavors (along with Raspberry Lemonade) of the brand's flagship product, Pre JYM — is still among the best. What can we say? We got it right the first time!

There's just something about that combination of cherry and lime that simply works. And that's why we're adding more cherries and more lime via the below recipe. Sip on this delicious cold drink before and/or during your next workout for a flavor experience that matches the amazing results of Pre JYM.

Ingredients

  • 1 scoop (26g) Cherry Limeade Pre JYM
  • 1 cup (240mL) water
  • ½ cup (100g) ice
  • ½ lime
  • 5-6 cherries, pitted
  • Mint (for garnish, optional)

Instructions

  1. Add ice, water, and Pre JYM to a shaker bottle. Add cherries and juice from half of a lime. Shake until smooth and no clumps.
  2. Pour into a glass or keep in the shaker if you're at the gym. Garnish with more lime and mint (optional). Enjoy!
