It's dessert night! Have at it with this high-protein ice cream recipe.

Dinner's over and dessert is calling your name.

You want that ice cream so bad you can taste it. Well then, have it.

The JYM brand has never condoned depriving oneself. We believe if you want the ice cream (or whatever your sweet tooth is calling for), you should have it. Go ahead and have the real thing if you like, but for those times when you want to feed the craving but keep your macros clean, give this Pro JYM version a try — courtesy of JYM Athlete Pernilla, who believes in eating delicious foods while also looking and feeling great. Her recipe is technically not ice cream, but it's just as satisfying, is packed with protein, and keeps carbs and fat grams at bay.

Have your ice cream, have your abs.... have it all with Pro JYM!
