These bite-sized treats are packed with the most delicious protein on the market.

Every now and then you just need a sweet snack to get you by. Not necessarily a big treat — something small but satisfying. Pernilla, a JYM Athlete, has just the thing via her creative cheesecake cupcake recipe. All it takes is some S'mores Pro JYM and a few other simple ingredients you likely already have in your fridge (cream cheese, Greek yogurt egg whites).

High in protein and low in both carbs and fat, Pernilla's concoction is way cleaner than most sweets (ie, regular cheesecake or cupcakes) and equally delicious. Have a cupcake, or three, whenever you want to treat yourself without wrecking your macros.

Ingredients

  • 1 scoop S'mores Pro JYM
  • 80g fat-free cream cheese
  • 150g fat-free Greek yogurt
  • 3 tbsp egg whites
  • Stevia or other sweetener to taste (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a bowl using a spoon, mix a half scoop of Pro JYM with all other ingredients until completely blended together.
  3. Grab a separate bowl and mix another half scoop of Pro JYM with around 1 tbsp of water. When this mixture becomes cohesive, separate it into six small portions on a cupcake baking sheet.
  4. Use the mixture from the first bowl to top off the cupcakes.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes, then let cool. Optional: Top cupcakes with more Greek yogurt and S'mores Pro JYM.
