Vita JYM: The Multivitamin for Athletes

Many people think that they can just take a generic multivitamin and they have all their bases covered. Unfortunately that just simply isn’t the case. Things like Zinc and Magnesium will fight with Calcium to be taken up by the body. What does this mean? It means you are not actually getting the doses of vitamins and minerals that you want.
