How to Use This Stack

For best results, take the four products daily according to the below guidelines.

Mix 1-2 scoops in 6-12 oz. of water or milk alternative per scoop within 30 minutes before workouts.


Pre JYM:

Mix 1 scoop in water 30-45 minutes before your workout
Tip: When you start drinking, sip Pre JYM over the course of 15-20 minutes.

After
Workouts

Plant JYM:

Mix 1-2 scoops in 6-12 oz. of water or milk alternative per scoop within 30 minutes before workouts.


Post JYM BCAAs+ Recovery Matrix and Post JYM Fast-Digesting Carbs:

Mix 1 scoop of each in 16-24 ounces of water and start sipping on it within 30 minutes after workouts.

Rest of
the Day

Plant JYM:

Consider taking 1-2 scoops when you first wake up in the morning, before going to bed, and/or between meals.
