Get superhero ripped with JYM Athlete Pat King's full-body circuit routine.

JYM Athlete Pat King has a superhero-inspired workout for you called "Captain America Through the Ages," where four different circuits follow specific themes. The first circuit covers five basic bodyweight exercises; the second adds more dynamic movements; the third circuit focuses on the posterior chain (glutes, specifically); and the final circuit blasts the whole body with five challenging rounds. Take on this workout any time you're looking for a good full-body HIIT workout. You'll feel like a superhero by the end of it!

Directions: Perform each circuit for the prescribed number of rounds before moving to the next circuit. Rest 1 minute between rounds. If you don't have kettlebells, use dumbbells instead.
