No Excuses Christmas Day Workout!

I know it’s Christmas and you’re enjoying family and friends and delicious food, but all you need is your body for this workout. Get your training in today so your holiday feast tastes even better!

Perform as a circuit for 3-6 rounds, depending on your fitness level:
Split Squats x 10 reps per leg
Push-Ups x 10-15
Shoulder-Elevated Single-Leg Hip Thrust x 10 per leg
Inverted Rows x 15 (if you have a sturdy surface to do these on or a partner)
Side Lying Hip Raises x 15 per side
Burpees x 10

If you’re feeling good after that one, then let’s go outside for some more conditioning work! (Or, if you have a treadmill, you can do it on that, too.)

4-6 rounds:
Run 400 meters
50 Lunges (25 per leg)

I wanted to keep this blog short and sweet because it’s a holiday! Also, I wanted to make sure everyone gets their workout in before the Christmas feast, even if your gym is closed! Generally speaking, it’s always great to switch up your routine, so this is a great workout to do so – and you don’t have to leave your house. 😊
