My starting weight on May 20, 2017, was 352 pounds with 56.7 percent body fat.
My biggest deal was when we went to Six Flags in Dallas, Texas, and I couldn’t ride Batman with my twins. I was too fat to fit in the ride, even the one for larger people. The next week, I passed out at work. The doctor told me if I didn’t change something soon, I would end up dying early like my mom.
I came home and promised my twins that day that I would ride Batman with them this October and that I wouldn’t end up like my mom.
I wrote Jim Stoppani that day and he talked to me about diet. Then I joined the JYM Army and got the JYM app.
I took everything as Dr. Jim stated, everything in the JYM product line (aside from Mass JYM) — Shred JYM, Pre JYM, Post JYM, Pro JYM, Vita JYM, ZMA JYM, and I also took OMEGA JYM in the morning and evening along with Alpha JYM.
After all the hard work and dedication, I’m now at 209 pounds and 19.4 percent body fat – a HUGE improvement from where I started. Nearly 150 pounds lost and my bodyfat is more than cut in half!
My biggest keys have been following Jim’s live videos and the JYM Army tips. It helped keep my fire lit.
The toughest thing to overcome at first was sticking to my diet. But the JYM Army helped keep me going strong, especially Will Kucharek and Justin Kamb.
I have a lot of family and friends complimenting me and asking what I’ve been doing to lose all the weight and get in shape. I also won a transformation contest at my job.

My next goal is to finish Super Shredded 8. With hard work, dedication, and the JYM Army to help me, I can totally do it!
