You CAN teach an old dog new tricks! At 48 and rapidly approaching 50, I was pudgy, lethargic, depressed, and my health in general was NOT very good.
I was shocked when my doctor told me that if I didn’t get my cholesterol in check, I would be on meds, because I was a walking time bomb. I cleaned up my diet and started hitting cardio and Tabata classes and light weights. I felt incredible and my energy went through the roof. Needless to say, my doctor was pretty proud of my progress.
At 52, I hit a plateau. My workouts were becoming stagnant, I wasn’t seeing much progress, and I just felt a need to take things to another level. My son and his friend suggested I check out Jim Stoppani and the JYM Army. And so it began. Who knew I would fall in love with barbells and dumbbells at my age?
In October of 2016, I started JYM supplements and JimStoppani.com programs. I have done Top to Bottom Legs, Down and Up Mass, The Daily Grind, Super-Man, and the most successful program I have completed was The Summer Shred Challenge. I am very proud of the fact that I earned Runner-Up Female in that challenge. That was a huge accomplishment for me and brought on an incredible transformation I never thought possible.
The biggest key to my success was what I liken to harmony: A combination of diet, JYM supplements, and Jim Stoppani.com programs – with, of course, hard work and dedication. You can’t have one without the other. I had tried other supplements in the past, but I had significant results with JYM like no other.
