If  you made a mistake in your order you can cancel your order then order again if you wish. However, you can only cancel your order before it has been fulfilled.

If you don't want what you ordered at that point you will need to wait for it to arrive, then come back here and fill in the order return form.

  • Log in or Create an account
    (when creating an account make sure to use the same email from when you placed the order)
  • Go to your account page
  • Check the "Fulfillment Status" of your order. If your order is unfulfilled a "Cancel Order" button will appear next to it's fulfilment status
  • Click that button and your order is cancelled!
