Strawberry Milk Pro JYM, a JYM Bar and low-calorie ice cream make for a delicious, macro-friendly dessert.

The key to sticking to your diet, even when you're craving something sweet, is getting creative. Well, that and having delicious Pro JYM and JYM Bars handy at all times.

I have an amazing ice cream dessert recipe for you that requires only three ingredients and contains more protein (41 grams!) than carbs (39 grams). The ice cream comes from the Halo Top brand, which offers sub-300-calorie pints with carbs kept in moderation, and the other flavors are courtesy of Pro JYM and my JYM Bar.

It's a collision of strawberry, chocolate, and peanut butter... and it tastes amazing! Here's the recipe...

Ingredients

Directions

Mix Strawberry Milk Pro JYM into the ice cream until it's blended in well, put the mixture in a glass or bowl, then crumble up a JYM Bar and sprinkle on top of the ice cream.

Enjoy after dinner for a high-protein, guilt-free dessert!
